“We showed up and waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to check us in. We then tried to call the Desk line and had no response so we instead left. Later when I called to request to cancel my reservation and not get penalized for no showing the guy on the phone was extremely rude. ”

“While it’s no one’s fault, we arrived to the hotel after a day of traveling and learned the only elevator was broken and our room was on the third floor. The hotel employee thankfully found us a room on the second floor, fot which I was extremely thankful. Eve so, lugging luggage up stairs was NOT fun. “Room was very disappointing, photos didn’t look anything like what it showed, the carpets were stained, the towels were smelly. Toilet clogged, was still Clogged when I left. No trash in restroom, no bags in trash bins. Very limited items to purchase especially being in a more remote area of restaurants and stores ”

“Parking was OK. Room clean , How ever around 3:00 am you could start to smell cigarette smoke coming from another room into mine (303) through the fan in bathroom. Advised front desk when I checked out. Inexcusable since hotel has no smoking policy. Wouldn't recommend that place nor would I ever stay there again.”

“Room was beautiful. But the wifi wasn’t working. The phone in the room didn’t work, so anytime we needed something, we had to go to the front desk, the jets in the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom didn’t work properly, and the shower was scalding hot. The knob was broken so you couldn’t turn it down. There were no other director suites available, so we had to deal with it. ”
